Everything you need to find your way around, or to ask us something, is inside the app. This page shows where.
1. Search Settings
At the top of the Settings tab, Search settings finds a setting by what it does, not only by its name. Type a word such as backup, rate or reminder and the matching screens are listed. Tap one to go straight to it.
2. Bring the setup tips back
When you first set up, a card called Five things worth doing appears on the Track tab. If you dismissed it and want it back, scroll to the bottom of Settings and tap Show setup tips again. Items you have already done are ticked.
3. Read the guides inside the app
Some help is built into the app, so it works without a connection. For example, on Android, the red warning button on the Track tab opens Drives may not be recorded, and Why Android misses drives at the bottom opens the full guide inside the app.
Every tutorial, including this one, is also in the app: Settings → Tutorials, just below Contact & support. They are on our website too.
4. Contact us
In Settings, under Help, tap Contact & support. It opens our contact form inside the app. Write what happened and roughly when, and we will reply by email.
If a drive went unrecorded, send the diagnostics log with it: it tells us what the app saw. See The diagnostics log.
5. About Milometry
About Milometry, also in Settings, shows the version you are on, the privacy policy and the terms. Include the version number when you contact us.
